RPAC ENCORE is a new Richland Performing Arts Center initiative to bring back alumni of our programs as well as directors and supporters of our program to perform high quality shows beyond the high school level. The talent and enthusiasm that our audiences will see on display will be an awesome sight! This group is comprised entirely of volunteers dedicated to the craft of theater and to support our program. All proceeds for this event go directly to the Richland Theatre Boosters who support programs that benefit the students of our program every year!
A HATCHETFIELD HORROR-COMEDY MUSICAL
Everything in Hatchetfield seemed normal until people began singing... Then, they began dancing... And now, a musical pandemic is sweeping the entire city. It’s up to Paul (an average guy who doesn’t like musicals) and his friends to stop this musical apocalypse and fight for humanity’s future.
The Guy Who Didn’t Like Musicals is a horrifying new comedy musical that premiered in Los Angeles by StarKid Productions, the creators of A Very Potter Musical and Holy Musical, B@man! The original production was funded on Kickstarter with the help of 3,419 amazing backers!
Starkid is the team that brought you last year's Encore show, The Firebringer. We loved the show so much and had so much fun putting it together that we knew we should put on another show by the group!
